At PxlPrint, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:
Eligibility for Returns
- Return Window: Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include all packaging. We recommend keeping the packaging until you’re certain you’re satisfied with your purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email support@pxlprint.com with your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
Refunds
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Damages: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. PxlPrint will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card provider. If there are still issues, contact us at support@pxlprint.com for further assistance.
