- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which is noted on individual product pages.

Shipping Regions and Rates
- Shipping Area: PxlPrint currently ships to countries within the Middle East region.
- Shipping Costs: Free standard shipping on orders over SAR 200. For orders under this amount, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days for most destinations in the Middle East.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for select destinations, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as local customs delays or courier issues.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

- Undeliverable Packages: Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
